For the most part, I haven't experienced too many problems with my Vibe. I'm going to take it in to have the CD player replaced because of the noise it makes while playing a CD.However, I was wondering if my warrenty would also cover the fixing of rattles. I notice whenever I go over any big bumps or potholes while driving (and they can be pretty big in Detroit), certain areas of the interior rattle.I've had this car less than a year and while rattles are to be expected, I don't think they should be happening THIS soon.

I have noticed these rattles you talk of in my car as well mostly on the back right passenger side (not behind the driver), and the hatch area. i am going to mention it when i go for my first service soon.
quote:Rattles are covered under warranty.... for the first 3 years your car should be perfect.... or else Pontiac will fix it no charge! The only problem would be a service dept. that is too lazy to really spend the time and troubleshoot your rattles and other problems. In that case, if you can, try another dealer's service dept... then you can always call Pontiac direct.
quote:the service rep told me they had changed some internal part on the dash because it was broken and created a rattle.... all under warranty.... And I hadn't even noticed.....well that's serviceYour lucky.... Most of dealers will not fix anything unless you mention it.
Thank you all for your quick help! Now I think what I must do is find a dealer to take it to and pick a date I can actually take it in.My dad bought a Chevy Avalanche not too long ago and he said the dealership was pretty nice, so I think I may ask him.
