It will not be a sad day when Pontiac finally drops that turd of a vehicle from its lineup. Other than the Ecotec under the hood, that cars chasis and running gear are so ancient. Drive one back to back with a Focus, and it suddenly feels like a relic of the early 80's. They cannot kill it soon enough! Too bad they have no planned Delta chasis car yet, but I would imagine they are being hush on it and will eventually offer one.

I loved my Sunfire. BUt I agree, the powertrain and body are far dated...I really like the currently look of the Sunfire too...but unfortunately, all good things must come to an end.If they could kill off the Cavalier, surely the Sunfire's demise can't be too far off...
YES!I still visit GenVibe periodically. I have not forgotten about my "original" family over here!

Now in my opinion though I like the tough look of the older Sunfire GT. The new look is just lacking in everything appealing to me, interior wise and exterior wise. I'd be happy to see a change.
