How long is too long
I ordered my Vibe in April and I have still not got it. I heard from GM Canada today that it is built but there are delivery delays so I am waiting another month. This is ridiculous! Any suggestions? How do I effectively complain? What should I do?I am starting to feel jerked around. But I really want my Vibe.

It really is strange that our Canadian friends have to wait so long. I went to the dealer today to pick up my license plate and they had 8 sitting on the lot. Granted..none of them had a moon roof and they were all manual transmissions...but they were there. I don't blame all you guys and gals up north, I'd be unhappy too. I hope you all get them soon. Just so you know....it is sooooooooo worth the wait.

No rebates for us like our American friends enjoy. No financing incentives like our American cousins enjoy. Canadian GM employees STILL don't recieve any employee purchase discount on the VIBE as our American brothers and sisters have enjoyed since February. It is absolutely insane to expect a customer to wait over 6 or 7 months for ANY car. Please tell them we're mad as hell. We have all tried to talk, write and email GM about this problem but they either aren't listening or don't care. The target market of the VIBE is the 'sweetspot' market (25-35 age group). This is the group all automakers covet. GM is blowing it with this model in Canada. They are insulting an entire country by ignoring our plight. They are not just losing sales right now, but many many more future sales. Please tell them. Thank you.

Maybe our American cousins could help us Canucks by phoning or writng GM to tell them that you are sick and tired of listening to us whine and complain about our 7 or 8 month wait for a VIBE and would they please throw us a bone or two! It really is ruining the whole VIBE experience! Great car - STUPID COMPANY!
