Leave it to the Democrats to oppose such a bill. For gods sake, more bills like these should be passed so people can't keep sueing over stupid stuff.

Well imagine if people were winning lawsuits against fast food for their on lazy (removed) overeating problems... everyone would sue. I think its only fair to have a law against sueing over your own probs.
