Centerline RPMs on Vibe- finally!

Post by shibaman »

I finally put my Centerline RPMs on my car. Very happy how it looks and drives. You can feel the weight loss.

I read "Centerline RPM's" and I thought it was an engine mod to tweak your RPM's somehow, lol.Nice rims, man.

You say you can feel the weightloss? How much do they wheigh? Can you compare it to the stock steel wheels? I have the same color scheme as yours, and so I feel like I'm looking at the future of my car! Don't have any wheels, yet...

Yes you can feel the weight loss. The rim by itself weighs 13#. About 1/2 as much as oem 17" rims. The centerlines and 17" tires weigh 7 # less per tire than the oem alloy 16" combo. I don't know how much the steel wheels weigh ?

Thanks for the info! Do you notice a better gas mileage with the aftermarket wheels? And, does anyone know what the stock steel wheels weigh?
