I was looking to paint all the stuff in my car. The silver stuff that is, I am also goin to paint something else that I saw in a matrix that looks really cool. What does everyone think that I sould use? I know the basic primer and paint, but is there something else I should use?

you will need some kind of plastic sealer too... i painted the interior panels when i first got my vibe and then i had it redone professionally at a body shop. if you look on my car domain page, you can see the diff between the two. also, do a search on interior paint and you'll prob find there are a lot of post about this.
My gf's dad is a painter for the dealership i got my Vibe at so i'm gonna get a few things done for next to nothing or free. But shhh they are things i have yet to see on the web site should have them done w/i next few weeks.

awww... now thanks, guys! i'm blushing.... lol. well, i will bring one of the panels w/ me to the meet so if anyone wants, they can check out the paint job in person. but i highly recommend having it done professionally... nothing like that beautiful shine of a hard clear coat!
You can view my painted interior pics at my cardomain.com page...going on 6 months nd they're still in perfect condition. I plan on changing the color, but am cringing at the thought. Here's a direct link to the page with interior pics.-Christian
I like your panels, TRD! Did you remove them and drop them off at the shop, or did they remove and paint the panels themselves? Also, how much should I expect to pay to have them professionally painted? Thanks
i took them off first. i had to cut the ring around the shifter. didn't know the whole thing came off w/ a screw... lol but the guy did it for me for $40 just paint and materials. he liked me... what can i say but prob cost like $150 because it's very time consuming... prepping, sanding, etc. took aobut a week to get them all nice a pretty.
