I guess you could try and rethread it with a threader? Or is it to far stripped for that? I guess you might have to replace it. Have you tried a dealer for one?

Take it to your local tire shop, They should have a socket set used just for that. What they do is pound a strip socket over the striped lug nut. Inside the socket they have, looks like a spiral so it will grip the metal. Then they remove the lug. If it has damage they can replace it for pretty cheap. Don't remember it being more than $20 or so. No a hard or uncommon procedure. Also, the size. Not sure if it's metic or not. They can let you kow that when you take it to them. Let us know how it turns out

I had worse, I overtorqued the lug nut and it sheared in half. Ended up having to drill out the whole lug. But getting back to your question, if you know how to take your brake calipers off (only like 2 bolts), then it's very easy to replace your stripped lug. Take off the brake caliper and rotate your wheele to where there's a opening in the back of the dust cover and pound out the lug with a hammer. I picked up a new lug from my NAPA parts store. Just tell them your make and model. To install the new lug just tap it through the hole. When you torque your wheels back on after puting on the brake caliper, the lug will seat itself. It shouldn't take you more then half an hour if you have the right tools.
