Crazy and likely fake. The second photo shows the wheels dramatically larger than the first photo. You can see in the first one that the top of the fender is about 12 inches from the top of the wheel and in the second one, it's maybe 4. That and the 0 feedback for the seller. I would be a bit suspicious.

These may be fakes, but they do make rims as large as 28 inch now. Yesterday my daughter watched a program about rock star Travis Barker, drummer for Blink 182. He was shopping for a new car, in the $250,000-$400,000 range. The dealership had a set of 28" rims for a Hummer that cost $4,000 each!

I was at a rim shop last fall and the guy showed me 28" rims going on a Cadi Escaulade (spelling?) Huge HEAVY things, Chrome to. Well $11,000 Canadian for the 4 of them...
