As far as I know, its 4 in down from the top on both front windows and the windshield. The rest of the windows are whatever you want. Plus, it can be whatever tint % you want.

When I got mine done, the guy told me that it is illegal to have any tint on the front driver and passenger windows. I got 23 on the back and 35 on the front. The difference isn't that noticable, so it doesn't look dumb and so far I have not had any issues with the law (knock on wood).

Thanks for that fire...I'm photophobic so I've got a note from my eye doctor and I don't know how much farther I could go with that.

Hmm..a note from a doctor should be good. My dad has a prescription from his dermatalogist because he had skin cancer before, so he's got 20 all the way around on his red stratus. Yeah, he's pimpin'. Anyway, I think you're golden if you've got a doctor's permission.

Yeah...I've actually got Photophobia and it's sensitivity to light. The eye doc thinks it's from reading in the dark with a flashlight when I was younger. It's real bad in the winter with the snow as I can't seem to focus and figure out depth and my eyes water constantly.

Huh...well that must be my problem too, because I used to do the same thing, and the same thing happens to me. Odd that they'd call it a "phobia" though instead of something else...that makes it sound like you're afraid of light.

Lol photophobic? Anyways, you are allowed to have 5 on the back windows and your not soposed to have any on the front windows, but most cops wont car about that. I have 5% on the backs and 20% on the fronts.

Im not sure actually. I know that I have been stoped by a cop before and he didnt say anything to me about my tint so I wouldnt be to worried about it.

I've heard that the Highway patrol were the only cops that were actually (removed) about tint laws.

No I just think it depends on the cop cause I rolled up next to a highway or state I dont rember what it was and he looked at me and just drove off. I was scared to because he pulled up next to me and was like staring at me!
