I noticed that because I use Mozilla, and it has a built in pop-up stopper, that I had to allow the pop-up windows before the IM feature would work for me.I imagine if others are running pop-up stopping software, that there could be similar issues....

yeah i have the google popup blocker installed and raginfish sent me an im and i didnt get it for a week and i only got it because i accidently hit the button to allow popups on this webpage
