Shoplifter dies

That really scares the stuff out of me....I caught a shoplifter about three weeks ago (at Kroger). He was over in the pharmaceutical aisle loading up on about 11 boxes of claritin and a box of zantac into his shopping basket. He then walk to the chip and pretzel aisle and “stuffed” them into his coat. I watched him do this all. I then walked up to the exit door and waited for him another clerk. There I stopped him and said “Sir, I’m Kroger Management can I talk with you for a second....” He then proceed to try to take off to entrance door instead. Before he made it that far, he stopped, and punched me in my lower jaw! By now, I was really pissed! So I had another clerk standing by the entrance door too and we all grabbed ahold of him and “drove” him to the ground! Then the police came in. But I made sure I got a good kick in! J/K I wish we had security that day! They charged him with robbery!

He should be charged with assault too for the punch in the jaw.
