Subj: Re: Concerned Consumer Date: 10/21/2002 3:24:33 PM Eastern Standard Time From: To: Sent from the Internet (Details) Yes, the Pontiac Vibe shares the same platform as the Toyota Matrix. It does fit the same though.Russell----- Original Message ----- From: Alfred30@aol.com To: info@injen.com Sent: Monday, October 21, 2002 7:17 AMSubject: Concerned ConsumerTo whom it may concern:I am writing because I found a company that claims they have an Injen Intake for a 2003 Pontiac Vibe. The reason I am writing is because I don't find this application on your site. I want to know if it is true that you are selling this product or if its someone trying to scam people into purchasing this product from them, under the Injen name. They have a lot of Injen products and I just wanted to clear things up. Please let me know what the situation is.Sincerely,Alfredo So apperntly its suppose to work. Now I really am confused!

Are you talking about a GT or the base Vibe? Nova Resource has a base Vibe and said the INJEN CAI didn't fit do to the front head light position. Did they happen to explain if there is a special way to install it o get around this problem?

This is what I got back the second time, I wrote back asking about the base vibe. If you do have the Pontiac Vibe GT, you will need the RD2075 Which is forthe Matrix XRS. I will update the site right now...Sorry,Russell----- Original Message -----From: To: Sent: Monday, October 21, 2002 3:15 PMSubject: Re: Concerned Consumer> So why don't you list it on your site? There are a ton of Vibe ownersinterested but are afraid to buy it because they believe it doesnt fit.Check out http://www.genvibe.com and you'll see how many users are interested inthis product. Also if I purchase it for my Vibe and it doesn't fit can Ireturn it?

By the way folks it worked, he did put up the Vibe GT. Now lets see what we can do for the Base Vibe. I am amazed that finally a company listen to the consumer. This is great, now if we can only get GM to make aftermarket parts for the Vibe! Why dont we overload their email we requests?

I Made the Injen CAI fit in my Vibe Base without cutting or modifying it! Got it from Performance Tuning.
