Polk db component speakers?

Post by Spatula »

Polk is currently having a sale on speakers (buy one pair, get one 50% off). I'd like to buy two pairs of these, one pair in front and one in back. I know the front speakers need to be shallow or they block the window glass. Does anyone know (from experience or otherwise) if these will fit in the front? Thanks.-Spatula

I actually put the Polk/MOMOs in my front, without cutting into the door panel. So these should fit..In the rear you shouldn't have a problem at all. For the front, you need to mount them on top of the existing speaker.I have the MOMOs in front, which, i'm pretty sure, are deeper than the db series.

you are correct, the MOMOs have a larger magnet and are deeper, so these should also fit. thanks again!
