this $250 voucher is part of a settlement agreement for GM's 70's truck tank issue. Unfortunately my dealer did not accept the voucher when I picked up my new Vibe today because he claimed his dealership did not want to have anything to do with this settlement. If you think you could apply this discount to your vibe purchase, let me know and I will get it out to you (or if you think my dealer is in the wrong , let me know that too)Please note this certificate expires jan 18, 2004 so reach out asap
I guess it depends on the terms and conditions of the certificate, but it seems to me that if GM issued you a $250 voucher, it shouldn't be up to an individual GM dealer to decide whether or not to honor it.

I think I'd be (1) complaining to the GM Zone Manager; and (2) the NJ Attorney General's Office if (1) doesn't work.
