Reporter got ran over by a reindeer

so this morning i see a blurb on the today show... and what do you know, it's about one of our reporters here in alaska! looks like blitzen did some major (removed) kicking and tackled a reporter in North Pole. Pretty funny. and what's ambarrassing, is they showed this all over the nation! glad i'm not her! http://cf.nbc10.com/phi/sh/vid...r=phi

LOL. if that deer would have been a little bigger it would have dragged her away.

i think he was 8 mos old and that's why she didn't get injured. those guys can pack a punch and will do some damage!

plain old white tail deer do mega damage when they run out in front of your car down here. I'm sure the reindeer are a lot bigger up there.

Don't quote me, but I don't think that reindeer get very big. They might, but every one that I have seen have been fairly small. About waist to armpit high. Maybe some of our Canadian or Alaskan friends know for sure.

Maybe some of our Canadian or Alaskan friends know for sure.um, if you've ever been to the last frontier (alaska) everything is bigger. our mountains, our vegetables, our bellies, etc. i've seen moose in other states that look like our reindeer! i'm not sure how big is big, but certainly that little guy in the clip was only a young one. granted, i'd prefer to NOT get run over by any, and certainly NOT have it aired on national news!

lol! that's great! glad i'm not poor meghan the reporter. how ambarassing! now, when we see her walking around town, we'll point and say, "hey, that's the lady that got ran over by the reindeer on tv!"

Actually, they portrayed it in a good light! They were like "this woman gets run over, gets up, and laughs. All good." Then they showed a clip of a guy on a texas morning show who got attacked by a snake and he freaked out....Leno's like "The woman was all calm, the man starts freaking out..."
