ok, i don't know how it is in the rest of the world, but in my area, people cannot drive in the snow. we got about 3 inches saturday, and there were wrecks everywhere! i even saw a cougar that failed to make a turn and nailed a brick building!!! how are the drivers where everyone else is? am i the only one who has to see people going 5 mph after the snow has melted and the street is just wet?

Nope. We have that phenomenon here as well. Exactly as you describe it.

It is even worse here(AZ)...sun is out, 70 degrees F, roads are dry, BUT the snowbirds are here! They are usually from the midwest drivin giant trucks or cars, doin half the speed limit all the while havin their left turn signal on. I would think if they use to live where driving was tough that they would be a little better driver than what we see.Doggone &^^%&%%$$%#!!! BLUE HAIRS!

hell, you should see rush hour when it rains here! > everyone knows, the ground becomes instantly like glass when it sprinkles, it makes sense to do 45 in a 35! The worst is when i see a big 4x4 w/a handicap sticker on it going slower than a bicycle
