CDCSend me your USPS (snail) mail address via email (mgtomasek@hotmail.com), and I will get a certificate sent to you. I probably will not send to this weekend or next week. I am currently in Texas for work, and have sent all the certificates that I have with me.
I was hoping to have one by this Saturday.. so that I could make my purchase on the last day of the month. Michaelgt said he could get me one but would probably be next week as he is out of town.I'm told the discount is about $1300 off MSRP. And that you can still apply the rebate and any Gm credit card pts. Is this correct? CDC

The discount varied from $1000-$1400 on the models I looked at. Of course more options you add, thus higher MSRP, more discount you get. Also noticed that GM raised the MSRP $120 recently. With those cars, you actually get about $100 less discount, so the total will be about $200 more with the base Vibe with MSRP of $16605 before destination charge. So try to find one with MSRP of $16485 before MSRP and you will save about $200 for identically equipped Vibe. I did the same thing and the price difference was $250 for identical Vibe.
I checked with a local dealer this week (in Vienna, VA) - the GM in The Driveway program is the same thing as GM Supplier Discount program (it's a program that gives discount off MSRP to suppliers and other affiliated with GM companies). The GM Supplier Discount price on Vibes in Dec 2003 is Dealer Invoice(not the actual dealer price)+4%. So if MSRP is say $20K, dealer invoice, say, $18.5k, the Supplier Discount price would be $19.2K (I think). This becomes the price to wich you might apply other discounts (cashbacks and whatever). I was also told that GM Supplier Discount and Dealer Invoice prices don't vary from dealer to dealer and are on every dealer invoice (unless maybe they are in different country regions). The funny thing is that after I told the dealer that I wanted to use the program and asked for the quote based on this discount, he gave me this quote and told me that they actually could do much better: $500 under dealer invoice minus whatever other incentives. Basically, I'm getting 2004 base Vibe for my wife with Auto, power & monotone (MSRP of $19.1K) for $15.6K + taxes, title, fees = around $16.5K. That specific dealer is actually stocked very well on Vibes - they have like 40 of them on the lot plus another 40 coming in December, so I guess b/c of their volume they can give these discounts...
That is great price!! Here is southern California, typical fleet pricing is $700-800 off MSRP. The best I found was no-haggle dealer 50 miles away for $1000 off MSRP. GM in the Driveway got me $1272 off MSRP at a local dealer that gives me free oil change for life. So it worked out in my case.Good luck with your new Vibe. Hope you will love it as the rest of us do.

GM supplier pricing is GM Employee pricing plus 4%. You can go to http://WWW.GMSUPPLIER.NET and they give examples of how the pricing works. On the Vibe it tends to be a couple hundred below invoice so if you are getting 500.00 under, that's a good deal. However, right now, there is an additional 500.00 rebate on the cars if you use the GM Supplier price. Not sure if that applies to the GM in the Driveway plan.. Good luck.
