Jets/Titans Game Last Night

I'm a huge football fan and a life long NY Jet fan. I've been a fan for over 30 years now and always root for my team but even I didn't think we had much of a chance against the 9-2 Titans. Who would of thought that the Jets could handle the Titans so easily? The O played well and the D actually showed up for this game, amazing. The D even managed a rare goal line defensive stand to stop the Titans cold to deny them any points on one drive. Maybe the Jets playoff hopes aren't dead yet, with Pennington at QB anything is possible. Maybe with some luck the NY Jets may sneak into the playoffs again this year!Anyone else here a NY Jets fan or just a football fan in general? If you watched the game last night, anyone have any comments about the game?

I'm a huge football fan, but NOT a jets fan...sorry! But it was a good game, sorry to say that if Steve McNair was "110% healthy" the jets wouldn't have won....

Yeah, I'm a huge football fan, and loyal to my Lions. Go ahead, rip away, but I'm true.Anyhow, yeah, that game was awesome. too bad for me, that game cost me a loss in fantasy football. All I needed going into Monday night's game was 19 points. I still had 2 big players playing in that game. Santana Moss and Eddie George usually both score big for me, but not this week. Neither of them broke the end zone, and I lost the fantasy game. Now I'm in the 7th seed for the playoffs instead of the 3rd seed. My odds are much worse now.

Titan fan here. I work about 5 miles from their stadium. Seemed to me Titans might have had some trouble with the cold - a bit sluggish.

I thought it was a good game but with a few surprises. I didn't think both QB's would have 2 picks each considering they both have such high QB ratings and neither one is known for throwing INT's. I thought McNair played well but he didn't play the game we all know he is capable of. The Jets definately caught a break this week with McNair not being himself, still it's a huge upset and a great morale booster for the NY Jets. I still wasn't feeling very confident of a win until the last play of the game. You never know what might happen, anything is possible in the new "parity NFL" this year.

Well anyway, good luck to the Titans the rest of the way on their march to the playoffs. Maybe just maybe the Jets might be there too! As long as Pennington is healthy and under center they still have a shot, even if it's a loooooong shot.
