A guy in my neighborhood uses it all the time. He was telling me about it on Halloween. He said that he really loves the service and uses it frequently. He claims that he's never had any problems with it, just that usually there is a wait for new titles when they are first released.

I've been using it for several months now. I like it. For the most part, it takes either 2 or 3 days each way for mailing/handling. You get 3 movies out at a time so I'm basically getting to see 11 to 14 movies a month for 20 bucks. I think it's well worth it.My only gripes so far have been that on two occasions, either netflix or the post office has taken 10 to 12 days to process a movie and that netflix's selection of older movies is missing several that I really want to see. I've checked and they are out on dvd, but netflix doesn't carry them.Walmart has a similar service but with even less selection than netflix -- besides, I'm in favor of staying away from walmart whenever there is a decent alternative. Overall, I say go for it. It sure as hell beats blockbuster and their damn high prices and late fees.
