I think i did, im not sure. I hit a really big pothole, and i hear a really loud bang, metal on metal. Note that i have progress springs i checked to see if everything is right. It almost seems as if my car drives straighter then before, lol. (maybe it fixed my alignment?)is there anything else i should check for? As long as i dont do this again, is it fine?
During your spring install, did you have to cut off some of your bump stops? Park your vibe on a level surface and take some measurements. If you don't see any fluid or sagging you should be OK.

Sounds like you guys are right on track. The last one I saw at work(not a vibe)the rear struts were bent and there was no shock absorbing at all.It rode like a covered wagon. They were leaking fluid also
You cut your bump stops to short, thats what happened to me. This past weekend, I installed some sportline thow.

Also, another thing to look for is the inner side of your rims. Make sure you didn't break or crack the aluminum or if it's steel you could have bent the rim. Sometimes you'll get a impact balge on the inside of tire also. It might not leak now but you never know. I worked at Dunn Tire over the summer (inbetween jobs) and seen alot of stuff like that. All these lower profile 16" and up tires and rims don't tend to like potholes to much. Just thought I'd add that..
