Fog Lights

Does anybody know how to turn the fog lights on? Mine aren't coming on and I don't know if something is wrong or I just don't know how to turn them on.

On the left side of the steering column, on one of the stalks, there is a collar you turn up that turns the fog lights on.It's the collar with all the little dimples on it. Turn it up to point at the little light icon.In this picture, the fogs are on:

Also, your headlights need to be on. The foglights will not come on independantly from the headlights.
