Rob, hope things go well for you tomorrow with your ankle surgery. When you get your (removed) home from the hospital take it easy. We will be thinking about you. Get well soon my friend.

Heal up fast... you'll be back on your feet and drivin' the Vibe in no time! Hope to hear from you and all is going well. No idea how I am going to keep up with all the posts when you make it back home... LOL!

It must be difficult to keep the excess weight off when you're in that state. I guess hockey is a write off for you this season eh?

Been about 5 months now since you went under the knife.How are you doing, is the recovery coming like it is supposed to?
