The Good:
- 5-speed Manual Transmission - because automatics are boring
- Mechanically sound
- Full maintenance history
- Religious Oil Changes
- New radiator support brace installed this year
- Brakes and Brake lines in good shape
- Tires in good shape
- New wiper blades
- Just passed Ohio E-Check
- Aftermarket stereo head unit with CD player, USB and Aux ports
- Original stereo head unit provided as well
- Two owners, one household
- Two sets of keys & fobs
- Rust - Rocker panels should ideally be replaced
- Rust - Driver's side door will eventually need replaced
- Other small areas of rust
- Air Conditioning - AC unit pulled from car due to pinholes, so there's no AC at this time; I still have the AC unit, which you may need parts from when acquiring a replacement unit
- Passenger side mirror motor is a little wonky
- Antenna broke off - but this can be replaced easily (screw-on) and cheaply; FM/AM reception is spotty right now
- Salvage Title - Rebuilt - car was drivable after an accident, took the insurance payout and fixed the car
- Cosmetic interior - a few spots on the upholstery of front row seating, scratches on second row seating hard plastic backs
- Cosmetic exterior - scratches on wheel covers, paint chip on front bumper
Bottom Line:
I would love for my Vibe to go to someone who loves these cars, and wants to fix this one up. Perhaps someone with fabrication/welding/body skills.
