Transmission Seems like Slipping

I was have an issue where after my 2006 vibe got up to tempature, it would seem like the transmission was slipping. Now I had a similar experience in another vehicle, and all it was was a bad spark plug wire. So I did change the coils & plugs in my vibe. It greatly improved the situation, but I am still getting some jerky / slipping type sensation. Any Idea out there?

I'd say it might be the clutch, but since yours is an AWD that doesn't apply.

Have you checked the transmission fluid level?

When it feels like it's slipping, does it happen when the transmission is shifting, or when just rolling at a steady speed/load?
