CV joints interchange ability

Hi, looking for parts interchange information from the middle of the end of the world, where we have a surprizing number of Vibes and Matrix (is the plural Mistress or Mattress)
I have been offered a spare CV joint that fits up to 2006 1.8Lt Matrix/Corolla but can't find any mention of it fitting 2010 2.4Lt Vibe/Matrix, it's a lot of work to remove a joint just to compare side by side, when all I want is to have a spare.
