Help locating new bumper support for 2009 Vibe GT

Post by Vortec »

Hey guys, the front of my car got hit by a piece of an armchair that fell off of a truck on the highway. It broke the bracket that holds the fascia on. I haven't found the part online yet and it just keeps giving me results for similar but not the same Toyota parts. Being a body 0art, this one may be Vibe-specific instead of being interchangeable with the Matrix.

Part number is 52115-01050. GM dealer said it's discontinued and Toyota dealer said it doesn't exist. Any help is appreciated.

The part number you provided IS a Toyota part number. However, that number says it fits Tundras and Sequoias.

Your best bet may to be find one in a local junkyard and try to snag it. You can use www.car-part.com to search junkyards near you that have a Vibe/Matrix available. Then give them a jingle to see if it has front end damage and if that bracket is useable.
