ABS and Parking Brake light on

I recently changed out brakes on all corners, at the rear brakes (shoes, drums and hardware, except cylinders (stiil good)) then a few thousand miles later the parking brake and abs lights starting coming on after driving for a few miles, now they stay on. I went to O'Reilly and Autozone, hooked up their scan tool (they both have the same scanner), no codes for the ABS. what could be the problem?

Fluid level okay? Did you also replace the master cylinder?

You may need a GM-specific scan tool to get ABS codes.

Most of the ABS error codes in my 03 Vibe service manual are related to the wheel speed sensors. Might be worth checking all the wheels to see if you someone messed with one of them when you were doing the brakes, something like damage to the connector or wiring, or perhaps one being unplugged.
