Canister Style Exhaust

Post by dmitri »

Well, after taking off my resonator, i couldnt run my axle back straight pipes any more, itd basically be open headers (LOUD I TRIED IT)The resonator did just what its called, it resonated in the cabin way too much when i had the axel back straight pipes. Now i want my loud exhaust back, and i love the canister style. http://cgi.ebay.com/ebaymotors/ws/eBayI ... 2437868155 This is perfect, pretty cheap, looks good, and comes with a silencer. I was thinking maybe to angle the canister a little bit instead of straight out the back. Any opinions, ideas? BTW i honestly dont think there is a difference between a 30 dollar canister muffler and the 300 dollar apexi ones. Their just straight through

I think your talking about GT-X's vibe. He has a red GT with the GReddy evo exhaust. I like it. I think it looks good. No pics though, next time I see him I'll try to get one.

i think it would fit, as long as it doesnt stick out like my 2 tips did before i took them off. If its still underneath, there should be ground clearance since the back is a little higher then the lowest point anyway. im guessing this will cost me somewhere around 230 dollars (thats including the 30 dollar ebay muffler lol)
