07 Matrix Rear Axle Beam

Hello,
07 Matrix, left front mount for axle beam rusted through, and came undone. We found a really good used one, and disassembled everything, but unfortunately the mounting bracket is swiss cheese. Have any of you repaired or replaced this bracket? And, how did you do it?
It looks like it's welded to the subframe/body, as far as I can tell

I can't find anything online to indicate that the axle beam mounting points are available/replaceable. You might need to get a body shop to fabricate and install new mounts
