Bump! I was wondering if anyone had opinions on if it's better to go about the clutch replacement in the manner shown in this video vs. jacking the vehicle up and removing the front passenger wheel as I've seen posted elsewhere. Removing the alternator and accessing from above seems easier to me. (If I was at a professional mechanic and could jack it up all the way to standing level that'd be a different story.)
Also, interested in insight into tools. I recently relocated and left many of my tools behind.
-I have a screwdriver and a T25 and T30 torx bit for it. Will this be inadequate to loosen the T30 bit? Update: Buying a 3/8" drive socket with T30 bit. And 12", 3/8" breaker bar.
-Plan to borrow the AC Clutch Holding Tool from AutoZone to assist in using the above. Might not need it but if it's available may as well.
-I have a 3/8" drive ratchet with socket set up to 17mm. Will need a 19mm socket for the belt release per the video. I guess this is just releasing some of the belt tension so keep track of how much it is rotated. Also getting a deep well 12mm and 14mm socket.
-I plan on purchasing these snap ring pliers.

-Need a strap of some sort to hold the compressor while working on the clutch but can jury-rig something.
-Looks like rockauto has the best price on the clutch, around $200. Similar to amazon. (part 15-4851, 88972204). Buying on amazon since the price with shipping is the same and am buying some other things there.
Missing anything else? Thanks.
