No power Door Locks and Beeps when Drivers door is open

Awhile ago our 2009 Vibe would just shut off shortly after starting it. It was determined that it was the Immobiliser not recognising the keys. A local garage was able to get it so the Vibe could be started, but since then the power door locks do not work and they must be locked /unlocked manually with the key. Also whenever the drivers door si opened the Vibe Beeps like you are leaving the key in the ignition. Any ideas on what can be done to fix this? The fob is programmed to the vehicle as you can set off the panic alert from the fob.
