Welcome and you will have to provide some more information on the issue/symptoms, etc.
Are you measuring the resistance while the engine is off? (Have to ask)
Is there an fault code?
How many miles on your Vibe?
Do you drive alot of highway miles or short stop/go trips?
Do you live in a hot or cold climate?
How old is the battery?
Are there any issues with starting?
Assuming a "phantom load" problem, a better test would be to disconnect the negative terminal at the battery and measure milliamps in that open circuit. With every known accessory "off," it should be well under 100 mA. Identifying an excessive load is then a matter of pulling fuses. It's sometimes an aftermarket security or entertainment system. Or an under-hood, glove box or trunk light left on, which the Vibe doesn't have.
Also tell us battery voltage at rest and while charging.
