GM discontinued it, but their part number is 88970593 They used the same one for 2003-2010 Vibes

I have one from my first '03 Vibe , used it to hold coins. I'd sell it to you, but I'd charge you the effort of taking a selfie as you give a hospital emergency room nurse $20. its the same item that GM provided with Vibes. Toyota part number is 74102-02140

We have two 2009 Vibe GT's and removed the cig lighter port in both of them. Might have hem laying around somewhere .... I'll look. We replaced them both with color coded USB ports. Much nicer and more practice Also performed this swap in my 2004 Vibe GT.
