Looking for buying wiper blade/rubber refills in GTA

Time to replace them, but I have no clue when should I go to buy them(last a few times, my friends buying them from its Lexus dealership as he is working there as a mechanic).

Tried search myself, here is what I found, but I'd like some advice, where should I buy and what are better parts should I get

Rubber refills for our OEM blades are now discontinued Original OEM wipers are still available for around $10 US. Drive side = 19184578, Pass side 19184577. All the online GM Parts sites carry them. Rear blade and rubber insert are also discontinued

I purchased new blades for a Toyota Matrix, then kept going back to the Toyota parts department for refills.
