Replacement 2005 radio

I'd like to buy a new radio that will fit a 2005 w/the fake alarm flash, blue tooth, USB port, CD & AM/FM radio. The fake alarm flash is mandatory. Hope this isn't a pipe dream. Thanks for any input.

Not sure of any aftermarket radio with a fake alarm flash.

Why not just buy a cheap flashing 12v led and wire it to come on when you cut ignition power?
