Matrix or vibe thermostat

For some reason the pontiac vibe thermostat is more expensive than the toyota matrix thermostat (at least on ebay).
Are they the same ? Can i just order the matrix thermostat for my 2004 1zzfe pontiac vibe ?

You might try an auto parts web site and find the part by vehicle. If the part is the same, then a Toyota version is interchangeable.

I looked on a couple of parts stores and it seems to be the same. Just sold under a different manufacturer name for the vibe. So ill just order one for the matrix. Why pay more for the same part...
And no way im buying the crappy one from the autoparts stores, i want oem. The crappy autoparts stores replicas are really crappy. And at minus 20 degrees i want heat asap !
