Wipers, rivets, needed for 2009 Vibe

I know somewhere on here it is probably discussed BUT not sure where to look. Check out the attached pics ans help me out here. Bottom valence panel/stone & rock shield ... is held up with those removable plastic type removable rivets. Any part numbers and where can we get them?




Next pic is of two different style wiper blade assemblies. Our original OEM ones I feel are superior to the Toyota replacement ones. IS there a rubber insert only available so we can keep the Tri-part assembly and use it over? The Toyota replacement one is all one piece and doesn't "flex" all the time to where it applies even pressure on the windshield and thus "Streaks" and sometimes misses the glass. Thanks ...... Tim

I used the inserts I got from Toyota, replaced just the rubber part and reused the frame and metal reinforcement bars on my 10 GT. Carrie posted the GM part numbers in this thread. viewtopic.php?f=33&t=43196&p=495027&hil ... rs#p495027 And Rayven posted the Toyota numbers.

I had no issues with the replacement inserts I put on the 10 GT, except I had to cut the rear window one. And I think that is because it is not the one for the Matrix, but must be for another Toyota SUV, since that part number does not match any Matrix part.

Weird that you got a mismatch one from Toyota... I ordered both GM and Toyota complete wiper sets a couple of years ago just to see if they were the same (they were.. the GM parts were literally still in Toyota packaging and just stuck in a GM labeled bag) and got identical ones matching the originals, nothing like your TRD Sparks one (which looks like a generic ANCO piece of junk or something). Anyway, you can definitely get just the rubber inserts, just make sure you save the tiny metal bars as they don't come with them.

I used the MotorMite/HELP O.E.M. equivalent fasteners found at auto parts stores. Source under "Toyota" or "Asian imports." I found them for a missing front fender panel rivet, too.
