Moon and Tunes Amp, New HU, and very confused!

Just my two cents before worrying about the amp being the problem, are your back speakers blown? Always a possibility. Or is your fade/balance adjusted correctly on the head unit? Also maybe the wiring from the amp to the rear speakers has come loose or something.

I diagnose crap for a living, I have to rule out the easy things before the hard things
