2009 GT Price Question

Looking at a 2009 GT in Ultra White, Pretty clean with 110K miles. Auto w/ sunroof. Everything is stock.Seller is asking $7900. I would like to pay $7000 at the most. What do you guys think on the pricing? NADA has the retail to high I think at $10,400 and Edmunds puts it at $8400 retail & $7000 for private seller. THoughts? Thanks in advance.

A clean GT with that mileage would sell on CL here in 30 seconds flat at $7900. Even base 09s around 100k go for more than $7k here (St Louis).

My opinion: NADA and Kelly Blue Book are to high and Edmund's is to low.
