Question about plasti dip

I have a white 2010 vibe. i want to plasti dip the chrome around the upper grill and the front end under the lower grill black. im not sure what type of finish would look best (flat, matte, or gloss). does plasti dip even offer these different types? would you put some kind of clear coat on after? Any suggestions would be appreciated. Thank You
