New to site NOS parts to sell Help!!!

Post by RallyMike »

Hello
I owned a 2002 GT up until I as a diabetic blacked out and ran it into a telephone pole at 95 mph ! back in 2013.
After being in the hospital and physical therapy from June till Oct of 2013 I had to learn how to walk and function as a human again. Then seeing my beloved GT totaled was a shame. Now that I am somewhat recovered and walk with a cane the doctors say I wont drive again without assistance. So I would like to find another Gt again and thought I would start the search with getting to know the Vibe community that is out there in my search.

In the mean time I am going through some of the NOS parts that I had and sell off what I wouldn't need.

Is anybody familiar with original GM Pontiac Vibe pullover seat covers that have the Vibe name and Pontiac emblem embroidered in them?

What year they will fit?

Value?

Welcome to GenVibe Mike! If you're seriously looking at getting another Vibe GT I'd highly recommend you look for a 2009-10 model. Due to your health, and possible physical limitations, you'd be better off driving an automatic instead of a stick. Lots out there you just have to look and possibly wait till the right one hits the market. Don't know much about the SWAG that came with your 2003 Vibe GT but they were generous back then with promotional things and extras like this seat cover. Nowadays you're lucky to get a handshake when purchasing a new car!

Thank you for your welcoming me into the GenVibe community.
Why is the 2009-10 Vibe a good choice?

Welcome to GenVibe, Mike.
What an horrendous ordeal you went through. A car was sacrificed and your life was saved. Normally, I ask for pictures of the car, but in this case I take a pass on that.

I don't think the seats were ever changed in the Vibe. Therefore the cover should fit any model year. I wouldn't be surprised if some one made you an offer right away.

Good luck in your search for another GT! (post pictures, when you found one)
