have this rattle in the driver door, driving me crazy

I have this rattle / buzz in the driver door, toward the rear. If I bang on the panel, rattle goes away for a few minutes, then start rattling away. Anyone knows the fix on this? I am tempted to remove the door panel, but worry about breaking the little plastic clips. also don't know what to look for. pls help !!
