power steering fluid refresh?

...so should I siphon out my fluid and refill or is that mute? Or how would I drain it easily and refill?

Its been a couple of years, but I am quite certain that "B" is the return line. Follow the thread in my previous post and watch a few youtube video's to know what to expect.
