Have a 2009 2.4 with 17's, found camry 16 114.3 steelies with hubcaps, looking at almost new set of blizzaks 205 60 16, wondering about height ? I know your supposed to stay within the 3% rule on tires, any problems with the fit ??

There shouldn't be any problem. You will just have to remember that the speedo will be off.

Those tires will fit on the rims, but I don't know if the rims fit on the Vibe. I thought we need 5x100,

The stock 16" tire size for 2009-2010 Vibes is 205/55/16, so a 205/60/16 should be fine.
All 2003-2008 Vibes = 5x100
2009-2010 Vibe 1.8L Base = 5x100
2009-2010 Vibe 2.4L Base / AWD / GT = 5x114.3
