since the vibe was not designed by GM from the ground up, i doubt it has that control module. I don't think toyota uses it as much as GM does...if at all.

the sensing and diagnostic module(black box)a.k.a.the air bag computer, is under the center console.I am assuming you mean "black box" because it records crash data.
