'03 gt rpm limited at 5100!
Bought with blown headgasket. New gasket, new cams, new lift bolts, cleaned lift solenoid filters, bench tested solenoids. No check engine light.. air bag light blinks but I dont think it would mess with engine management.

I think it's in safe mode. Reduced engine power due to the the flashing Airbag light.
