I think if this guy was trying to say chocolate, he would have put choclat/choclot/shoclot, or something like that. I don't think chocolate is what this guy is saying at all. And like Michele, don't ask me what it is saying.

I still have the tags off my first car which were randomly assigned by the DMV. I was probably supposed to turn them in, but I guess I never did. not sure if I could get the same number reissued.
