Rear Wiper Arm shifted

Not sure how, but it seems like my rear wiper arm has gotten shifted... like someone twisted it about 30 degrees clockwise, so now when you operate it, it hits the car on the bottom swing. Can this be adjusted back??? 2004

If the wiper arm constantly goes to and from the same spots, it might just need to be realigned.

Just undo the nut under the plastic cap, inspect the threads, realign the arm, and tighten the nut back on.
