How does cargo box / organizer attach?

I've got an '04 Vibe on order and included the cargo box accessory with the order. Can anyone tell me how it attaches / detaches so it doesn't slide around in the back? I found a thread that describes 3rd party vendors that offer the same thing for less http://forums.genvibe.com/zerothread?id=1605, are these really the same?

It comes with tie downs that keep it in place in the bag of the cargo area...

There is no obvious attachment. The box has rubber feet and tends to stay put, especially if it's loaded with stuff. The rings on the ends of it are lower than the D-rings on the sides of the cargo area, so attaching it to them wouldn't hold it down at all.The cargo box from another vendor you found is exactly the same, except it won't have "Pontiac" on it anywhere. My guess is that GM wanted an accessory to sell to Vibe owners and it was easier to use (re-package) one already being made than to completely design their own.I think you'll like using it, but won't be happy with how well it "fits" in the cargo area. It clearly wasn't designed specifically for the Vibe. I use mine every time I go to the grocery store.KSNeptune
