Dealership in trouble

So the new contract we renegotiated was bull s**t too. They said they were going to cover the difference. Yeah, they put the difference in the downpayment section of the loan paper. Only thing is we didnt pay that much. So if we were to have signed it then the payments would have been way higher. That just pissed me off! I went and got us a lawer and now were going to sue the s**t out of them. They are in violation of the Michigan Consumer Protection Act, MCL 445.903 (445.903 Unfair, unconscionable, or deceptive methods, acts, or practices in conduct of trade or commerce; rules). Basically if they dont fix the problem Im going after everything thing I can and once I start sueing Im not stopping to negotiate.
